Dr. Grobbel has taught for credit courses at Michigan State University, including Michigan Environmental Policy & Law; Environmental Justice; Environmental Ethics; Natural Resources and Water Law & Policy; Land Use Policy & Law since 1992. He is also a primary author and co-founder of MSU Extension’s award-winning, statewide Citizen Planner Program.
